MONDAY 11th SEPTEMBER:
How did I get on today? Well…, I’m writing this after eating a packet of crisps. In bed.
I haven’t done too badly, I’ve eaten an apple with my jazzed up almond butter and some grapes for breakfast.
For lunch I had my go to salad, that I’ve surprisingly eaten for about 12 days in a row now. (So unlike me)
I was going to say “for dinner…” however I don’t really eat dinner when I’m in work. I work 12 hour shifts so the food I eat through out the day all has to be prepared to eat while I’m in work. Instead I usually just have a snack, last night I had a protein bar and banana.
Water intake? On par to the Sahara Dessert. Gandhi’s sandle. Slowly turning into a raisin.
Even though I’ve eaten relatively healthy yesterday I found myself leaving behind a lot of food. It’s not as if they were huge portions, they were small portions. I didn’t even eat all of my apple and only had about 5 grapes. I ate half of my salad, fishing around for the tomatoes. I ignored the banana I brought and went straight for the protein bar because I knew it had more sugar.
I also forgot to take any of my supplements. I should really donate my body to science because I have no idea how I’m still alive at this rate.
All of these things are working wonderfully towards me falling at every hurdle.
I need to stop eating crap, i.e crisps, start eating my meals in their entirety. Drink a lot more water and remember to take my supplements, because they help curb any cravings I may have, as well as giving me the appearance of healthy hair and skin. Which is not at all the case!
I need to give myself a kick up the arse and start doing Lucy’s workouts too!
