Healthy Morning Smoothie

As you know I’ve been trying to loose weight. I am a firm believer that you can’t outrun a bad diet, so I’ve had to change pretty much everything I eat! This healthy smoothie was a firm favourite from the start. I’ve adjusted it and added more ingredients along the way but now I think it’s been perfected! I hope you enjoy it!

What You’ll Need:

150ml Coconut Milk (milk of your choice)

2 Mangos

1/2tsp Tumeric (don’t worry you can’t taste it)

1tsp Honey (add more after blending if needed)

1tsp Agave Nectar (use more honey if you don’t have this too hand, add more to taste)

1 Generous Handful Of Spinach

1/2 Avocado To Make It Even More Creamy

Blend up and enjoy straight away! If you are making this in the morning and commuting to work or school, I would suggest leaving out the avocado so your smoothie doesn’t get discoloured! It’ll still taste amazing though!
