The whole reason I started this blog was to document my fitness and weight loss journey so that I could look back on it. Then I started to get a following, small but mighty (people), from there we built a community together and it got me thinking. (Watch out)
The workouts I do, the recipes I make and the food I eat, are all from other communities I’m a part of. I thought going ahead, the blog would be so much better if I could tie in all my communities to have a huge support network for both you and I.
That’s when I came up with my interview series. In this first series, I am going to interview everyone that is involved with my fitness and weight loss. There was only one person I could think of to interview for the first in the series. The unstoppable, formidable, generous and beautiful Lucy Wydham-Read!
I couldn’t not ask Lucy to be the first person I interviewed as she is the whole reason I am eating healthy, working out and loving every second of it! I was so honored when she said yes. Although when she did say yes, the blind panic of “Oh my god, WHAT do I ask her?!” hit me. I managed to come up with some questions in the end and I’m hoping they’re all questions you want the answers to.
